W.W. Will & Sons, Inc., was founded by Warren Will in Jordan, Minn., in 1961. Will, a young meat cutter with a dream, made his first deliveries from a Chevy station wagon, keeping his fledgling business afloat by moonlighting as a musician at night. He understood dependable service, however, and the companies that signed on with W.W. Will, as it was known then, appreciated his hands-on care. By the time his sons were old enough to join the operation—and our name became what it is today—Will had long since outgrown the Chevy wagon and his moonlighting was for his own enjoyment. Over the years, a fleet of W.W. Will & Sons’ trucks have carried products throughout the state of Minnesota, and in 1998, we added our own 13,125 square foot refrigerated distribution center.
In 2001, Warren Will retired and his sons Jeff and Tim—who have been involved in all facets of the business since they were youth and drove trucks from the time they were licensed—assumed leadership of the company. Our company continues to maintain its personal service today, from that Chevy wagon invested in our future to a multi-million dollar business.
